Account Creation
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
One Account Per Person
You may only create one Favorino account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
Account Security
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify me immediately at admin@favorino.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
FaveId
Your FaveId is your unique identifier on Favorino. You may not use a FaveId that:
Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time. Deletion is a soft delete — your data is anonymized, not immediately destroyed, as described in my Privacy Policy.

Virtual Currency
Favorinos are virtual currency with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be:
Favorinos may be earned through app activity or purchased via in-app purchase. Purchased Favorinos are subject to Apple's refund policies.
Redemptions
Favorinos may be spent to create Redemptions — requests to a specific connection to plan and propose a shared activity. Redemption costs are deducted at the time of the request. Favorinos are refunded if the proposal expires, is declined, or is cancelled by an admin. Once a Redemption is accepted, Favorinos transfer to the receiver.
Economy Integrity
Manipulating, exploiting, or attempting to fraudulently obtain Favorinos is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
Subscription Tiers
Favorino offers Free and Plus subscription tiers. Features available at each tier are described in the App and may change with reasonable notice.

Prices are in USD and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings at Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access to Plus features continues until then.
In-App Purchases
All in-app purchases including Favorino bags, custom favatars, and FaveId changes are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
Favorino uses the Anthropic API to power AI favor suggestions and redemption activity ideas. By using these features you acknowledge:
Favorino Ownership
All intellectual property in the App including but not limited to:
Are owned exclusively by Jeremy Gardner. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without my express written permission.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create in Favorino — your favors, profile, and preferences. By using the App you grant me a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the service.
I do not claim ownership of your content. I do not use your content for advertising or marketing without your explicit consent.
I may suspend or terminate your account if you:
You may terminate your account at any time through the App or by contacting admin@favorino.app.
Upon termination your access to the App ceases immediately. Virtual currency and purchased items are forfeited upon termination for cause. Refunds are not provided upon termination for cause.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
I do not warrant that:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for:
My total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to me in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
Before filing any legal claim you agree to contact me at admin@favorino.app to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. I will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days of notification.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Tarrant County, Texas under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
Class action waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and not as part of a class action.
I may update these Terms at any time. I will notify you of material changes by:
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to updated Terms you must stop using the App and may delete your account.
